Our Client is a Canadian marketing education and staffing platform that helps individuals learn digital marketing through apprenticeships while connecting businesses with trained marketing talent. Their dual-offer structured education for students and scalable staffing solutions for businesses, requires consistent, high-quality lead generation to fuel both sides of the marketplace.

The Challange Of Project

The Company needed a cost-efficient way to attract more prospective students and businesses. Their goal was to achieve strong engagement, consistent lead flow, and profitable cost-per-acquisition through paid ads. Prior campaigns struggled with clarity of messaging, under-optimized targeting, and inconsistent performance across channels. They needed ads that would resonate with career starters, job-seekers, and business owners alike.

Our Solution

In July 2025, Better Clicks Digital built and optimized multiple campaigns across Google and Facebook, each tailored to a specific audience segment.

On Google Ads, I launched two highly refined search campaigns focused on intent-driven keywords relating to digital marketing apprenticeships, marketing training, and low-cost talent acquisition. I crafted benefit-first copy, used keyword themes aligned with job-seekers and businesses, and ensured ad-to-landing page alignment for maximum quality score.

Meanwhile, the Facebook campaign was designed to expand reach and capture early-stage awareness. It featured engaging creative, clear value propositions, and strong CTAs to drive traffic into the funnel. Though conversions were not tracked on Meta, the engagement metrics indicated strong audience resonance.


Key optimizations included:

  • Building high-intent Google Search campaigns

  • Improving ad relevance with aligned messaging and keyword clusters

  • Designing Meta creatives focused on clarity and action

  • Monitoring CTR, CPC, and CPA to maximize cost efficiency

Results

The campaigns produced excellent performance across both Google and Facebook, with unusually strong click-through rates and highly efficient cost-per-acquisition figures.

Google Ads Performance

  • Campaign A: 14.78% CTR, 35 conversions, CA$22.39 CPA

  • Campaign B: 10.90% CTR, strong engagement, CA$19.99 CPA

These metrics demonstrate highly efficient audience targeting and strong message-market fit.

Facebook Ads Performance

  • 3,716 users reached

  • 3.85% CTR — well above industry benchmarks

  • Strong engagement despite no conversion tracking enabled

Overall, the multi-channel campaign delivered excellent results: high CTRs, low CPC, and strong lead acquisition costs. The company saw clear improvements in audience engagement and lead quality, reinforcing the value of precise keyword targeting and compelling ad messaging.
